Ventilation cleaning for healthcare environments

In a healthcare environment ventilation is not a standalone job, but part of a managed process with vulnerable users, hygiene protocols and strict access arrangements.

How we approach healthcare environments

How we approach healthcare environments

We clean ventilation installations in healthcare environments only after a technical assessment of both the installation and the access. There is no standard programme that fits every location: scope, working method and planning are agreed per assignment with the facility manager.

This page describes our working method and our limits. It is not a statement that we are qualified or approved for every care location, and it is not a guarantee of a particular hygienic result.

Attention to occupied spaces and vulnerable users

Attention to occupied spaces and vulnerable users

In healthcare settings spaces are often occupied and users are often vulnerable. That is why we plan work in consultation: the institution's zones, time slots and access conditions come first.

We limit nuisance and exposure as much as possible by working in small zones, aligning with occupancy levels and only treating the components that fall within the agreed scope.

  • Work in consultation with the facility manager and the institution's internal protocols.
  • Planning outside peak hours or in agreed time slots, where possible.
  • Zone-by-zone approach: only the rooms and components that are in scope.
  • Photo explanation and reporting afterwards for the facility manager.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can you work in an occupied care facility?

Yes, but only in consultation. We agree zones, time slots and access conditions with the facility manager and limit nuisance to what is necessary.

Do you guarantee sterile air or a microbiological result?

No. We clean the reachable components of the installation and report what was done. A microbiological result is outside our scope.

Can operating theatres or cleanrooms be cleaned?

Only on request and after assessment. We make no promise about the level achieved and work within the institution's protocols.

Send photos of the installation and briefly describe what you would like cleaned. We assess the situation and come back with a concrete scope and a fixed price. For healthcare environments a technical assessment always comes first.
