Ventilation cleaning · service
The air handling unit is the central point of the installation. What happens here determines the air quality in all the rooms behind it.
Back to ventilation cleaning
We clean the inside of the unit: the fan housing, the chambers, the internally accessible surfaces and the connections. The filter section is assessed and, depending on the agreement, cleaned or replaced.
The unit is often large and only accessible through a roof hatch, a technical floor or an inspection door. That access determines what is possible.
You send photos of the unit, the access and the filter section.
We assess the unit, the access and the filter condition.
Fixed scope and price, then cleaning of the internally accessible components.
Reporting with an overview of the assessed points.

These photographs are Basel's own field photos. They show the type of component and its visible condition; they are not intended as evidence of a specific assignment or location.
