Installations this work applies to
- The components from the initial inspection and first cleaning
- Ducts, grilles and valves in the occupied zone
- The filter and fan section of the air handling
- Technical rooms that are periodically accessible
Ventilation cleaning · service
One large clean-up afterwards is more expensive and less effective than a fixed frequency. We align a maintenance plan with usage, occupancy and filter type.
Back to ventilation cleaning
A maintenance plan states per visit what happens: which duct runs, which rooms, which grilles and which filters. That prevents you from having to decide on a full clean every time.
The frequency depends on usage, the dust load and the filter type. We advise a minimum frequency and adjust it based on the experience in your building.
First visit: assessment and a complete first cleaning.
Agreement on the frequency and the scope per visit.
Execution at fixed moments, with reporting after each visit.
Periodic evaluation of the frequency based on the reported loading.
