Cleaning fans and fan units
The fan is the heart of the air handling. A fan impeller covered in dust and fibres loses efficiency and runs harder, and you hear that in the noise level.
Back to ventilation cleaning
We clean the reachable fan components: the impeller, the blades, the housing and the suction side. For fans that are only accessible after dismantling, we advise a service visit by the manager or installer.
Belt-driven units are checked for belt wear and bearing condition. Those points are named, but only adjusted when that is explicitly part of the assignment.

- With a fan directly in the airflow we advise an expert for the electrical assessment.
- A fan that is only accessible after dismantling the casing does not fall within the standard scope.
